By using lovr.date, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

Downgrades take effect according to the plan details and do not automatically generate refunds.

4.4 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available only if requested within 24 hours of upgrading
• Refund requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted
• Refunds apply only to the most recent upgrade

This policy applies regardless of usage.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

We do not store your full payment details.

Your use of third-party payment services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You agree not to:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your content solely to provide and improve the service

Please do not share sensitive personal data in conversations.

All content on lovr.date, including but not limited to:

• Software
• AI bot designs and personalities
• Branding, logos, and text

is owned by or licensed to lovr.date and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Perform maintenance
• Temporarily suspend the service

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the stated refund policy.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
